Randholee Resort & Spa - Kandy

Had thoroughly enjoyable stay for two nights and the weather was wonderful. The room was well-equipped and neat, and with a magnificent view to the mountain and city.

Well-maintained accommodation with a perfect setting is available here in a great location not far from other attractions.

Randholee Resort & Spa is a luxurious destination offering breathtaking views of the garden. the staff is incredibly polite and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience with complimentary wake-up calls and ironing services. Its stunning location is conveniently close to the train station, providing easy access while being in a tranquil area of Sri Lanka in April. Plus, a short 10-minute drive from Zamzam Well makes it even more appealing. it was a wonderful stay with no reasons for complaints.

The view was breathtaking.

The road leading to the hotel was extremely steep and unsafe. The restaurant for dinner had no great variety in the menu and the staff were having a meeting at the back which was extremely unprofessional and uncustomer-friendly. We found a big lizard in our room at night when unsettled our daughter.

The hotel had particularly good location adjacent to other areas in Sri Lanka, for example Sigiriya and Dambulla as well as Sri Lanka, which was lovely to be a part of. It also was in a suburb. There's nothing to complain about, had a perfect stay for two nights: )

The resort boasts a fantastic location right by the valley, making it easy to explore stunning nearby areas like Sigiriya and Dambulla. It is also conveniently situated just a short distance from Kandy city, perched on the mountains. the rooms are impressive and spacious, featuring private bathrooms, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator. Guests can enjoy a wide variety of delicious options at breakfast.

Location is great with a magnificent view over Kandy valley. Rooms are designed with care, clean, convenient and pleasant to the eye. Overall impression is above all expectations. Good value for money. Excellent staff, friendly and attentive management. Great service! We really felt like home. That definitely was the best hotel during our Sri Lanka trip.

The hotel is conveniently located near the mountains, offering incredibly beautiful views of the hillside and surrounding areas of Sri Lanka, such as Sigiriya and Dambulla. We absolutely loved the rooms with their stunning vistas.

The 25 rooms hotel proved to be nice and cozy... Newly decorated and nice overlook to panoramic view of hills and valley ...a lot of greenery... Hearing some frogs croak and birds whestles, the nite sounds different, at least to me, spend 4 nites there ...discovering the surrounding areas like Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Sigiriya...

The restaurant was modest and the name luxury resort is a bit misleading...however, the Booked.net price was compensating this downside..

My advice to you is don't book Randholee bed only package. Then the service will be very poor. That's what happened to ME.go for a full board or half board package. I booked a room for 2 nights. When I got there they said they can only accommodate me for one night. And arranged a hotel with very less facilities for the 2nd night

The rooms here are spotlessly clean, excellent, and equipped with a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and air conditioning.

It is very nice and quiet place. We enjoy the stay at hotel with the family.I like the hotel that it is not busy. Recommend to any one who loves to stay at the week end. Night vision is very romantic.

The condition of the road to hotel to be attended

I like the view and the room was very clean and the hotel was confortable,the internet was free of chagre.however,whats made me happy was the recieption gave me discount although i booked in good price.

The road was dull and about 10 minutes driving you will be shaking , and restorant stuff are not qualified for this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at the resort. the pool area was absolutely breathtaking, offering stunning panoramic views. the rooms were clean, tidy, and well-equipped with essential products like soap, shampoo, and more. We also appreciated the availability of a passenger lift and the option for drivers' quarters, free of charge. the breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of foods. We enjoyed the gym and found it to be a quiet place to work out. our experience at Randholee Resort & Spa was wonderful.
